It has a gentle flavor reminiscent of red apples and American cherries.
You can also enjoy the fruity flavor that changes with temperature; in warm temperatures it has a yellow peach taste, which changes to a viscous fruit flavor reminiscent of dates and bananas as it cools.
The smooth sweetness of cashew nuts and milk chocolate creates a pleasant aftertaste. This is a well-balanced drink with a strong flavor. Please enjoy it.

La Colina translates to "The Hill" because of the elevation of the area and the hill it is located on. It was Tony Medina's father who named the farm La Colina, who inherited the land from his father.
Initially, Tony only planted basic crops such as corn and beans, but he said he had always dreamed of having his own coffee farm, so when he was young and had nothing, he started working on various coffee farms and gained a lot of experience.
In 1991 the first coffee plants were planted and Tony slowly but surely increased the number and production of his coffee plants. After 25 years Tony concludes "my patience has paid off". The varieties he has on his farm are Caturra and Bourbon, and he would like to plant other varieties to improve the quality even further. Another plan is to take advantage of raised beds in Africa to improve drying and overall quality.
