Situated next to the Jomo Shimbun building, our glass-walled ground floor space features a café counter open to the local community. Our mission is to serve as a hub that revitalizes local interaction and fosters a vibrant atmosphere.

From our 15-second tap coffee and carefully crafted cafe lattes to our daily selection of sweets and light meals, our goal is to create a space where people of all professions and backgrounds can gather beyond their boundaries over a cup of coffee. In 17th-century England, there existed a "coffee house" culture. Coffee houses became valuable as places where people gathered regardless of profession or class, and could be considered sites of what we now call "open innovation." The reason coffee houses are significant in world history is that through them, new businesses, industries, and systems relevant to the modern day—such as journalism, newspapers, advertising, insurance, and postal services—were born.

Just as innovation arose in the coffee houses of the past where diverse people gathered, we hope that our shop, located within this new facility—a space for learning and exchange initiated by the Jomo Shimbun—can function like a "modern coffee house." We strive every day to create a place where diverse professionals, business people, and local residents can gather beyond their boundaries and contribute to the revitalization of the community.

An office building that is part of the "Maebashi City Furuichi-machi 1-chome District Excellent Building Development Project," a redevelopment project spearheaded by the Jomo Shimbun. The complex also includes "Open Residencia Shin-Maebashi" and "JOMO Square Park." It is a collective name for a multi-use facility consisting of three structures: an office building, a residential building, and a parking structure. The first floor is open to the public, with the goal of "utilizing the facility effectively to revitalize local interaction and serve as a face for generating vibrancy."
