SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY has been certified as a 1-Star Roaster in TYPICA GUIDE 2023. TYPICA GUIDE is a roaster rating by TYPICA, which operates a direct trade platform for coffee beans, and is like the Michelin Guide for coffee roasters.

Our roasting team, which includes a CQI-certified Q Arabica Grader (International Coffee Appraiser), continues to improve itself every day. Together with our sister store 13 COFFEE ROASTERS, we strive to roast and serve coffee of a quality that lives up to our name as a one-star roaster.
