Competition | Japan Siphonist Championship 2025 Finalist

Our staff member, Watanabe, participated in the qualifying rounds of the "Japan Siphonist Championship 2025," organized by the Specialty Coffee Association of Japan, which were held from June 13th (Fri) to 15th (Sun), 2025. Out of siphonists gathered from all over the country, he successfully advanced to the final round, where only six people will be able to compete.

On Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the final stage of "SCAJ 2025," Asia's largest specialty coffee exhibition, was held, and Watanabe achieved a 6th place finish. SHIKISHIMA COFFEE will continue to actively participate in competitions to improve customer service and coffee experiences, and to further the development of specialty coffee.
