Tanko | Partner "Sone Shoten Shiraijuku Cafe Roastery"

On August 26, 2023, we held a collaboration event with "Sone Shoten Shiraijuku Cafe Roastery", which provides home-roasted coffee in Shiraijuku, Shibukawa City.

For this event, we at FACTORY and Sone Shoten roasted coffee from the same origin to reflect the colors of each store, and created a special blend for this day in the form of siphon coffee and filter coffee. I have prepared it.

Tanko is a word that expresses the spirit of the Chazen gang, and as the title of the event, we borrowed the word to refer to communion with a calm mind, unattached and unaffected by emotions, like flowing water. We hope you will enjoy the uniqueness of our roasters, who share the common goal of creating a place where people who love specialty coffee can enjoy and talk about it naturally, and spreading specialty coffee.
