This special original blend is a blend of three types of coffee, primarily made with beans from "ETHIOPIA Guji Masina Carbonic Marceration Natural Jasper," one of Ethiopia's most famous producers, "ETHIOPIA Tamiru Tadesse Alo Berry White Honey," and "ETHIOPIA Guji Buku Sayisa Natural," all from Ethiopia. It was prepared exclusively for all the coffee lovers who came to the SCAJ venue.
　

The carbonic mercerized Masina batch is used generously at the core of this blend, resulting in a distinct and complex tropical fruit flavor. The CM series batch was created by enhancing the flavor structure and intensity of the liquid even more than the standard flavor. The sweet volume and texture of the Alo Berry White Honey gently supports this flavor, leading to a refreshing finish with herbal and floral aromas from Buku Sayisa.

Enjoy the luxurious taste of various tropical fruits all at once. When warm, it has a fresher and more exotic flavor, and as it cools, you will feel the ripe sweetness and rich chocolate-like texture.
