This special original blend, created exclusively for coffee lovers who attended the SCAJ event, features three types of Ethiopian coffee beans: "ETHIOPIA Guji Masina Carbonic Marceration Natural Jasper" as the main component, along with "ETHIOPIA Tamiru Tadesse Alo Berry White Honey" from one of Ethiopia's renowned producers, and "ETHIOPIA Guji Buku Sayisa Natural."
　

This blend luxuriously utilizes a Masina lot that has undergone the carbonic mercerization process as its core, resulting in a clear and complex expression of tropical fruit flavors. The CM series lot has been made possible by further enhancing the flavor structure and intensity in the liquid compared to the usual taste. This flavor is gently supported by the volume and texture of sweetness of Alo Berry White Honey, leading to the refreshing sensation and pleasant herbal and floral aromas found in Buku Sayisa.
