This is an original blend from SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY.
Three types of Origin are roasted medium-dark.
Their signature blend, [SHIKISHIMA BLEND], is made with medium-light roasted Ethiopian washed beans, giving it a bright, vibrant flavor and a balanced acidity with sweetness, while [FACTORY BLEND] is made with dark roasted Ethiopian natural beans, giving it a rich, sweet taste reminiscent of ripe berries and chocolate.
Highly recommended for those who like dark roasted coffee. This blend allows you to enjoy both the rich flavor of specialty coffee and a high-quality bitter impression.

Berries, Dark Cherry, Cacao, Roasted Almond
A blend of beans from Brazil and Colombia, this coffee has a fragrant sweetness and rich flavor reminiscent of cacao. You can also enjoy the flavors of roasted almonds, ripe cherries and concentrated dried fruits.
Although it is deeply roasted, the bitterness is not too strong and it has a mellow taste that is easy to drink. It also contains Ethiopian beans, and you can feel the mellow sweetness and aroma of berry in the aftertaste.
