Shikishima | Spring Fragrance

■ FLAVOR COMMENT
The vibrant flavor of El Salvadoran white grapes and the juicy, mellow flavor of Nicaraguan Kyoho grapes are combined. The floral notes of lavender and rose are appealing, and the tropical aftertaste of mango and guava creates a beautiful and complex palate experience through the harmony of the two brands.
■ Shikishima | Spring Fragrance
We propose new ways to enjoy the season.
The name "Shikishima" first appeared in the Manyoshu, a collection of poems compiled in the 8th century, and has been used to describe Japan, including in the world of waka poetry. As a roaster named after the town, "Shikishima," we are pleased to present our new coffee, "Shiki-shima," where you can enjoy the changing aromas of the seasons through the world of specialty coffee.
Our three original blends, "SHIKISHIMA," "FACTORY," and "RED BRICKS," were created with the aim of creating a familiar flavor that fits into your everyday life. [Shiki-shima | SHIKI-SHIMA] is a special blend that uses our high-end brands generously and is released only a few times a year to allow you to enjoy the seasonal "fragrance."
The first blend to enjoy spring is "Shikishima | Shunkun"
Two types of Pacamara have been enjoyed by many customers since their release, and this luxurious blend brings out the unique characteristics of each.
