■ Shikishima

We propose new ways to enjoy the season.

The name "Shikishima" first appeared in the Manyoshu, an anthology compiled in the 8th century, and has been used to represent Japan, particularly in the world of waka poetry. As a roaster named after the town of Shikishima, we are pleased to propose a new offering, "Shiki-shima | SHIKI-SHIMA," where you can enjoy the changing seasons through the world of specialty coffee and its aromas.

Our three original blends, "SHIKISHIMA," "FACTORY," and "RED BRICKS," were created with the aim of providing a familiar taste that accompanies your daily life. "Shiki-shima" is a special blend that uses the highest quality ingredients we offer and is released only a few times a year to allow you to enjoy the "aroma" of the season.
