"The Blossom" is a special blend created exclusively for TOKYO COFFEE FESTIVAL 2025 Spring.

■ FLAVOR COMMENT

"The Blossom" is a cup filled with the rich aroma of a flower in full bloom. The beans used for this blend are a luxurious blend of two Geisha varieties: "Colombia Angel Rojas Geisha Honey" and "Colombia Esperanza Aria Geisha Semi-Washed," and have been prepared for all the coffee lovers who came to the venue.

Both are from the same origin, Colombia, and are the same variety, Geisha. The aromas you perceive in a single glass of liquid are more complex, regardless of the producer or process. When warm, the impression of exotic tropical fruits like lychee and pineapple, as well as ripe orange, muscat, and red apple, are more pronounced.

As the temperature changes, the fruitiness develops with a soft, juicy sweetness reminiscent of plum or yellow peach.
