■ INFORMATION
Tamir Tadesse launched ALO COFFEE, a green bean export company, in 2020. In just one year, the company has improved the quality of its coffee to the point where it can win awards at the 2021 Cup of Excellence (an international coffee competition), and has become an organization that has received global acclaim.
One of Ethiopia's outstanding young coffee producers to watch today, in 2022 Tamir acquired a new washing station and purchased a 17-hectare coffee farm in Bensa Aro village in the Sidama region.

In addition, we built a greenhouse (a shade house) for special processes and own a natural coffee drying mill. In the 2021/22 harvest year, we also tried a limited amount of test lots, releasing honey process and anaerobic fermentation process using cascara.
Compared to last year, he has added two washing stations and two natural process sites, and has also purchased a new 20-hectare farm. He continues to evolve and has the same momentum. These beans are the same natural process lot that won first place (Anaerobic process) at the 2021 COE.
