The aroma evokes purple flowers like lavender, the rich flavor of raspberries and blueberries, the juicy flavor of orange, and the sweetness of red grape candy.The tropical flavor is complemented by a gentle sweetness reminiscent of sweet spices and milk chocolate, resulting in a pleasant liquid.

■ INFORMATION
This lot is run by Nigusse Gemeda Muge, winner of the 2020 Cup of Excellence (COE). The Siringa Drying Station (DS) is located in Ware Village, Bensa, Sidama Region, Ethiopia.
Sidama has produced the winning batches in all three of the COE Ethiopia competitions to date, and is currently attracting attention from around the world as the region that produces the highest quality specialty coffee in the country.

Mr. Nigusse started producing coffee from Syringa WS this season. He selects and accepts only fully ripe cherries from small-scale producers grown near the DS. The WS is located in a well-ventilated area, and the drying process takes about 13 days.
