COLOMBIA | Milton Sanchez Yellow Bourbon

The flavors are reminiscent of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, papaya, and mango. You can also enjoy the moderate fermentation, and the sweetness of ripe muscat and refreshing sweetness of orange are impressive. The concentrated fruitiness, lingering sweetness on the aftertaste, and floral aroma make this a perfect taste for celebratory occasions.

■ FLAVOR COMMENT

■ INFORMATION
This time we will introduce Jorge, who owns his own farm (La Roca) in Planadas and also processes rare varieties from neighboring farms. We will introduce a Yellow Bourbon that he processes cherries from Lα Cumbre farm, located in the highlands of Planadas.

Jorge is the son of a third-generation farmer in the Planadas region, and first began producing specialty grade coffee four or five years ago. He placed third in his first COE entry in 2022, and 24th in the 2023 COE, further strengthening his passion for coffee production. We exchange opinions with Jorge while cupping, adjusting fermentation times to fit the Asian market, etc. He is an important producer with whom we would like to continue working for a long time.

This year we were able to purchase great coffee from them again. Jorge's honey process coffee in particular maintains excellent quality and is a product that we can confidently deliver to our clients. We are proud to be able to deliver great coffee to everyone together with producers like Jorge. We hope you will enjoy the coffee we have purchased from them again this year.
