■ (Arranged Recipe) What is Milk Brew? ■

You often hear about "cold brew" during the summer and hot seasons.

Cold brew is a type of coffee made by slowly extracting coffee using cold water instead of hot water, but "milk brew" is made by replacing the water with milk (such as cow's milk).

This milk coffee is different from cafe latte or cafe au lait. It is extracted slowly without adding heat, so it tastes very sweet even though no sugar is added, and has a thick, rich mouthfeel.

What to prepare

・Water-infused bag (content 30g)
・400-450ml milk (adjust according to your preferred consistency)
・Container (something that can hold 500ml)

● How to make it (The basic method is the same as cold brew)

1. Place the water infusion bag in a container.
2. Pour 400-450ml of milk into the bag so that the entire bag is wet.
3. Leave the container in the refrigerator overnight (8 to 10 hours) and it's done! Take out the bag and enjoy.

*Please adjust the amount of water used and extraction time to your liking.
