■ (Recipe Arrangement) What is Milk Brew? ■
During the summer and hot seasons, you often hear about "cold brew."
Cold brew is a type of coffee brewed by slowly extracting coffee using water instead of hot water, but "milk brew" is made by replacing the water with milk (such as cow's milk).
This milk coffee is different from cafe latte or cafe au lait, and because it is extracted slowly without adding heat, it tastes very sweet even though no sugar is added, and has a thick, rich mouthfeel.
● What to prepare
・Water infusion bag (30g capacity)
・400-450ml milk (adjust according to your preferred consistency)
・Container (one that can hold 500ml)
● How to make it (basically the same as cold brew)
1. Place the cold infusion bag in a container.
2. Add 400-450ml of milk so that the entire bag is wet.
3. Leave the container in the refrigerator overnight (8-10 hours) and it's done! Remove the bag and enjoy.
