來自日本群馬縣前橋市的 SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY，今年將首度參與《2026 珈琲與花物語 Coffee & Flower Story》。創立於 2020 年，以「日常中，豐富生活的樂趣（日常に、豊かな愉しみを。）」為品牌理念，希望透過一杯咖啡，為平凡日常帶來更多美好與啟發。
品牌坐落於擁有廣闊綠地的敷島公園旁，結合自家烘焙工坊與咖啡空間，並重新詮釋日本獨有的 KISSA（喫茶） 文化。店內以象徵日本喫茶店文化的虹吸式（Siphon）咖啡作為主要沖煮方式，融合現代精品咖啡理念，呈現兼具細膩風味與儀式感的咖啡體驗。
SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY 設有恆溫控管的專業烘焙室、多台烘焙機與杯測空間，從選豆、烘焙到沖煮，每個環節皆追求品質與細節。品牌希望透過不斷探索咖啡風味的可能性，帶給每位來訪者充滿驚喜與發現的精品咖啡體驗。

SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY, based in Maebashi, Gunma, Japan, will make its debut at 2026 Coffee & Flower Story. Founded in 2020, the roastery is guided by the philosophy of "Enriching Everyday Life Through Coffee," creating meaningful coffee experiences that bring joy to daily living.
Located beside the expansive Shikishima Park, the café and roastery reinterprets Japan's traditional KISSA culture through a contemporary specialty coffee perspective. Signature siphon brewing—an iconic part of Japanese coffee culture—takes center stage, offering a refined and immersive coffee experience.
Equipped with a climate-controlled roasting room, multiple roasting machines, and a professional cupping space, SHIKISHIMA COFFEE FACTORY is dedicated to excellence at every stage, from sourcing and roasting to brewing. Through every cup, the team hopes to inspire new discoveries and share the richness of specialty coffee culture.
